Who We Are
Our Story
Medical Center Muffler has been a trusted name in Houston automotive repair for more than 30 years. Founded and led by Hakim Abu Hamra, our shop has grown from a neighborhood muffler specialist into a full-service auto repair destination — all while staying true to the values that built our reputation.
Located at 1522 South Loop West, we've served tens of thousands of Houston drivers. Hakim's hands-on approach and commitment to honest, no-upsell service have made Medical Center Muffler a community institution. When you bring your car to us, you're dealing with the owner — not a chain.
